This Course is for YOU if you are tired of:
Contact napping
Rocking your baby to sleep
Feeding your baby to sleep
IT IS TIME TO STOP STRUGGLING
and have your baby gently transition to sleeping in their cot
Tell Me if This is You...
You want to stop the constant contact naps, rocking or feeding to sleep.
You are tired of getting your baby to sleep, only for them to wake up the moment you try to lay them down in the cot?
You are feeling nap-trapped and increasingly touched out.
You are sad because you are missing out on your own quality sleep and time with others because your time is being taken up with contact naps.
You want a gentle, effective method to transition your baby to independent sleep that keeps you in the room to fully support your baby.
Concerns you may have...
I feel like it is too late to change my baby's sleep habits.
It's never too late! Babies are highly adaptable, and your little one can learn new sleep associations at any age. With the right approach, you can gently guide them toward independent sleep in the cot.
Transitioning to the cot will be a struggle.
Transitioning may have challenges, but this course is designed to make it as smooth and gentle as possible for you both. I provide you with a step-by-step plan and supportive techniques to minimise any struggle.
I'm not sure if my baby will ever sleep independently.
Many parents have successfully transitioned their babies to independent sleep using our methods. With patience, consistency, and my guidance, you can help your little one learn to sleep in the cot.
Will this course need me to stop breastfeeding?
No, not at all! This course is entirely supportive of breastfeeding. We are focusing on transitioning away from using feeding as a sleep association only. Your baby can absolutely still continue to enjoy the bond and benefits of breastfeeding while learning to sleep independently.
"Give your baby
the skill
of learning
to self-settle
with you
right there
beside them."
MY NAME IS KARINA
For the first seven months of this little cherubs life, I did not sleep longer than 2.5 hours in a row, 24/7.
My little man needed me to :
Rock him to sleep.
To contact nap.
To be fed to sleep.
It even got to the point where he would wake for a feed that lasted less than 60 seconds, as I was by far his strongest sleep association. And boy was I TIRED.
Once I learnt how to transition him away from these three sleep associations I truly felt like a new woman.
We were both getting a full night's sleep. I could also give my time to my older son too.
And it wasn't LUCK.
I was able to do it in a way that met my need of not ever leaving him to cry and for him to know I was right there supporting him.
And now I am here to help YOU do the same too.
